DH bought this this weekend. This will be his “car”, primarily, perfect for going the mile and a half to work and easier to park on the street downtown. In fact, his building has a back loading dock that allows employee scooters to park there. It’s a Honda Metropolitan, and we were lucky it was in stock right now. It’s getting harder to find scooters in this town, and several of the dealers were taking waiting lists. It doesn’t go very fast, and we’ll see how much fun it is in the rain, but right now DH is thrilled with it. He’s been pleasure cruising around the neighborhood, and he got me out to give it a test drive and learn how to use it. Technically, we now need the motorcycle addition to our driver’s licenses, so that’s something that has to go on the To Do list.
Isn’t it cute? (And the kids are not riding on it - they just like to sit on it and pretend.)
